You have to ask yourself, what kind of person gets their nipples pierced

So I went on a date with that guy that I wrote about texting during elder’s quorum.  It went okay.  We just took a stroll down a bike path near his house and talked.  I ended up texting him a couple days later and telling him I did not think we would work out or whatever.

Here are some of the “shallow” reasons I did not like him:
  • He had his nipples pierced.  I don’t understand why anyone would do that.  It’s not like it’s for aesthetics because no one is going to see it since you wear a shirt all the time.  I asked him why he had got them pierced and he just said, why not.  You have to ask yourself, what kind of person gets their nipples pierced.
  • He was really into Wicca.  I found his tumbr and it was just full of all that Wicca crap.  I cannot take any of that seriously or anyone who is into that.  The funny thing is, I found out that he was also Mormon, but had already distanced himself from the church when he was in High School.  His family still went, but from what he said they did not seem too devoted to it.
  • He did not have a very good relationship with any of his immediate family.  I can understand why people can have bad family relationships, but it seemed his was because he is the type of person to be into Wicca.  Like a dumb rebellious teenager or something.
  • He was 21 and had only barely started college.  That in its self is not bad, but he had only been taking like 3 classes per semester and he told me he did not plan to finish his lower division units for 3 and a half years.
  • He seemed to have some serious anxiety issues. I have my own fair share of anxiety issues so I can understand how that can be, but from what he told me, his seemed like a really big problem.
  • His voice was a lot higher pitched than I expected.  He did not sound gay necessarily, but his voice was just really high.
  • For all his negative attributes he did not look that great.  He looked okay in person, but not good enough to put up with all the undesirable characteristics.
